• Packing and transfer of all equipment from Sousse to Kairouan.
• Civil Work in Zarzis.
• Erection of the Turbine and annexes.
• Construction of two tanks (Gas oil and fire water)
• Piping work.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
